They invited us to create a strong, contemporary brand that would help build their profile within their very specific market place.
What we did
The brief was to 'build a brand that looked professional, forward thinking, established and memorable'.
For Trevor Sheehan, director of Defence Photography, it was vital that the brand distinguished them from 'media' photographers and that it reflected both the
nature of their work and their professional experience in this field.
The solid 'D' from 'defence' provided the perfect icon to treat with a gritty texture. In some of the printed and
online media, we also used this icon as a holding device for the images.
The brand was carried through onto business stationery, printed marketing materials and a website.
